Claudio and Alessia met in college, fell in love, and have been true partners ever since. Together, they share a deep passion for food, wellness, and creating spaces where people feel cared for.

Their home has always been the kind of place where family and friends gather easily — where the fridge, freezer, and pantry are stocked with healthy, delicious options, and where anyone who stops by for an impromptu meal leaves feeling nourished.

Before Alessia began her PhD program in Clinical Psychology, she and Claudio launched a homemade pasta business called Ale's Pasta Kitchen. They quickly became a staple vendor at NYC's renowned Grand Bazaar on the Upper West Side and catered large private events throughout the area. After settling in Miami, they knew they wanted to find a new way to bring healthy and yummy food to their community.

With hard work, Claudio's business operations experience and Alessia's vision came together to bring Nuri to life.
